Georgia football legend Herschel Walker has never been shy when it comes to his political views.
Walker has publicly defended President Donald Trump, who was the owner of the USFL’s New Jersey Generals two out of the three years Walker played for the team.
Recently, Walker made another splash when he tweeted his criticism over over a proposed bill that would give healthcare benefits to some illegal immigrants who live in the state of California.
Under an agreement between Gov. Gavin Newsom and Democrat lawmakers in the state legislature, low-income adults between the ages of 19 and 25 living in the state illegally would be eligible for California’s Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal.
