Three-star cornerback Rachad Wildgoose Jr. committed to Georgia on June 2 because he just felt something when he arrived for a visit in Athens.
“First thing was when I got up to their campus, it just felt like home,” Wildgoose told GN. “I felt like I belonged there and I fit in with the players well. Everybody was real cool and I liked the coaches.”
Wildgoose (5 feet 11, 190 pounds), from perennial power Miami Northwestern, committed to Georgia over offers from, among others, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky and Ole Miss. Wildgoose says he has been impressed with Georgia’s 9-0 start.
