Georgia to follow ‘24-hour rule’ following 45-14 loss to Ole Miss

OXFORD, Miss. – You could substitute Oxford in for Omaha when talking about that long and lonesome highway east of town. That’s because Georgia feels they have to do as Bob Seger said in his 1973 classic, “Turn the Page,” following its 45-14 loss to Ole Miss on Saturday.

“You’ve got to learn how to let things go,” Bulldogs running back Sony Michel said after the game. “We’ve got a 24-hour rule. Whether you win or lose, you’ve got 24 hours to let that game go and move on to the next opponent. We’ve got to act like that game never happened.
