Georgia took care of business tonight in a workmanlike 41-13 dismantling of the Vanderbilt Commodores.
While it wasn’t always perfect, the Bulldogs did what a title contender is supposed to against the likes of the Commodores, not allowing a touchdown until :02 remained on the clock and at one point scoring on six consecutive drives.
The visitors from Nashville got on the board first with a field goal with 10:30 left in the first quarter, putting Georgia behind for the first time this season.
It lasted a whole 15 seconds. That’s how long it took for Jake Fromm to find Terry Godwin on a 75 yard touchdown strike.
