After losing the programs second and third all-time career leading rushers to graduation, the Georgia Bulldogs simply reloaded with the next great running back in a long line of greats.
Sophomore D’Andre Swift had a breakout season in Georgia’s run to the national championship game and his exploits were recognized by ESPN college football analyst Joey Galloway.
During ESPN’s Heisman Trophy preview special, when speaking of Swift, Galloway stated, “He’ll have big games in the SEC, returning a lot of offensive linemen up front. He’ll have a chance to be big time.”
Galloway is a former all-Big Ten receiver at Ohio State and enjoyed an impressive 15-year NFL career.
