It appears that members of the Georgia Bulldogs football team will not face charges after an incident with a waitress at an Athens area resturant.
The most serious allegation was against wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie:
“The victim declined to prosecute so the case is closed as far as we are concerned,” Athens-Clarke County police spokesman Hilda Sorrow said on Wednesday, according to DawgNation.
Maya Labat accused McKenzie of saying “ he was going to call some friends and they were going to come out and he was going to kill her.” McKenzie’s teammates Dominick Sanders, Terry Godwin, D’Andre Walker and Jarvis Wilson were listed on the incidence report as witnesses to the incident.
