Four-star tight end and wide receiver D.J. Rogers announced his top ten schools yesterday. Rogers put the Georgia Bulldogs among his top ten, which is PAC-12 heavy. The 2020 prospect is from Sammamish, WA and plays at Eastside Catholic. Rogers announced his top schools on Twitter:
As a top-ten tight end in the country, Rogers would be a good fit in Athens. Georgia’s top two tight ends, Eli Wolf and Charlie Woerner, are both seniors. Kirby Smart and company will try to fill the void this pair will leave behind. Rogers weighs 230 lbs and is 6’3″, so he’d need to beef up before playing as a blocking tight end in the SEC.
