After years apart, Georgia may finally be returning to black jerseys.

On Monday night, Georgia football’s official Twitter account hinted at the team wearing the alternate uniforms for the first time in eight years.

In the tweet, a photo was attached of a black mesh background resembling a jersey with the text “Black in Black” and “11.19.16,” the date of Saturday’s home game against Louisiana-Lafayette, on top of it. The account also wrote #CommitToTheG as text in the tweet.

For Georgia, it would be the first time it’s worn the black jerseys since the infamous 2008 “Blackout” game, when the Bulldogs lost 41-30 at home against Alabama after trailing 31-0 at halftime.
