With the NCAA basketball live period beginning on Friday, we decided to take a closer look at what it’s like being a high school basketball player interested in playing at the D1 level.AJ Dodd, a 2021 two-way guard out of Kennesaw Mountain High School sat down with UGA Wire to discuss his upcoming junior season and the NCAA live period.
Friday, the NCAA allows players and coaches to maintain in-person contact and connection. Dodd reflected on his first two seasons and the future that is in store before a potential role in college basketball.

“The first two seasons it took a little bit of time to build our chemistry defensively, but over the past year, we have grown as a team and are on the verge of becoming something special,” said Dodd.
