Georgia Great Thomas Davis Receives Prestigious Honor From High School Alma Mater

Carolina Panthers Pro Bowl linebacker Thomas Davis received a prestigious honor this week from his high school alma mater of Randolph-Clay.

Former Georgia safety Thomas Davis, a first round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, has accumulated a long list of impressive accomplishments throughout his football career.

This week, the decorated Georgia native received yet another honor, as his old high school football stadium was named in his honor at Randolph-Clay High School in Shellman, Georgia.

Davis, who basically played half the positions on the field for Randolph-Clay during his high school days, has always stayed true to his roots, continuing to donate, support and hold charitable events in his hometown of Shellman.
