Could Lambert once again take the reigns of the UGA offense?
The ill-fated Faton Bauta experiment is apparently over for Georgia, as Bauta appears to have once again fallen to third-string in the Bulldogs quarterback competition. In fact, Bauta was even spotted playing some at the safety position in practice Wednesday.
During the SEC coaches teleconference, Mark Richt revealed the competition this week will likely come down to incumbent starter Greyson Lambert and Brice Ramsey. Ramsey acted as Georgia's punter against Florida.
“We really have repped mostly Greyson and Brice with the one unit,” Richt said.
