After a slow start that saw Georgia football claiming only a 7-3 lead over Vanderbilt midway through the second quarter, Georgia’s offense exploded for 41 points which saw many explosive plays by the Dawgs’ many playmakers.
Quarterback Jake Fromm had arguably his best game of the season as he threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns, including a massive 75-yard touchdown to Terry Godwin. The team eclipsed the 200 yard rushing mark again in this game which provided for a nice, balanced offensive attack.
Along with Godwin, Riley Ridley and D’Andre Swift also had a touchdown reception in the game.
