According to an announcement made by the University of Georgia, backup quarterback Faton Bauta will transfer. Bauta graduated from UGA with a degree in Sports Management in May, so he will be allowed to play immediately at another school.
Bauta had a rather rocky four-year career in Athens. After redshirting his freshman season in 2012, he appeared in three games each in the 2013 and 2014 seasons at quarterback.
