Black is back for the Georgia football program.

For the Bulldogs’ fans, anyway.

Georgia’s football department is asking its fans to wear black for their game against Kentucky on Nov. 7 at Sanford Stadium.

Does this mean Mark Richt’s team will be sporting black jerseys?

No, according to Georgia athletic director Greg McGarity, who said in August that the Bulldogs will not be wearing an alternative uniform this season.
