Ahead of Georgia’s matchup with Tennessee on Saturday, Bulldog fans are wondering what the status of starters Tyson Campbell (cornerback) and Solomon Kindley (left guard) are.
Following Tuesday’s practice, Georgia head coach Kirby Smart talked about Campbell, who injured his foot vs Arkansas State and has not played since.
“Yeah, he wasn’t able to go today,” said Smart. “He’s running. He’s running faster. He’s picking up speed, but he’s not able to go right now.”
In Campbell’s absence, junior college transfer DJ Daniel filled in and did a fine job in the Georgia secondary against Notre Dame.
