I want you to consider the fact that Dominick Sanders is a true sophomore and know that, according to Jeremy Pruitt, he is the most consistent and dependable player in that backfield. Sanders is the leader of that unit, and he’s still an under-classmen, that says a lot about the youth on Georgia’s defense this season. It also speaks to some of the reason why you haven’t seen as much flash and dash from guys like Jordan Jenkins, Leonard Floyd, and Lorenzo Carter. Each of them has to be sure not to blitz too aggressively, else they risk the change of leaving holes, in the middle of the zone, for even the most average of quarterbacks to find yards and make a play.
