Georgia Football: A painful loss, but hope is still alive for UGA

I know, I know, I know.

It hurts and it feels like Georgia’s season is over.

And if the Dawgs continue to play like they did in a 20-17 loss to South Carolina on Saturday, the season will be over quickly, with games against Florida, Texas A&M and Auburn looming.

But if Kirby Smart and Georgia can figure things out with a game vs Kentucky next weekend followed a bye week, then UGA can still create a magical 2019 season.

It won’t be easy. Georgia will need to win out, including the SEC Championship. An 11-1 SEC Champion makes the Playoff, no matter how bad that one loss was.
