Four-star running back Elijah Holyfield of Atlanta’s Woodward Academy is blowing up as one of the top players in the 2016 class. Holyfield, son of boxing great Evander Holyfield, has high interest in a number of top programs, including Alabama, Auburn, and Tennessee, but one team has reportedly prioritized him as the top player on their board: Georgia.
Elijah Holyfield, a 4-star RB from Woodward Academy, told the AJC that UGA assistant coach Thomas Brown let him know that he is the main focus of the Bulldogs
“He told me that I’m the back they want in this class and he would be perfectly happy if he only takes me,” Holyfield said.
