Georgia finishes 2019 non-conference slate with rescheduled game

Georgia and Murray State have a new date for their game.

The two teams have agreed to play each other on Sept. 7, 2019, according to a document obtained through an open records request from Murray State University. The programs were initially scheduled to play each other on Sept. 15, 2018 before a change of plans occurred.

But the Bulldogs then scheduled a game with Middle Tennessee State for that date instead and scheduled a season opener with Austin Peay on Sept. 1, 2018. Both Austin Peay and Murray State are FCS opponents in the Ohio Valley Conference.
