Forcing turnovers was not an issue for Georgia this season.

Turning them into points, though, was another story.
That changed in the first half against Tennessee Saturday.
A Georgia team ranking 14th in the nation in turnovers gained with nine got the payoff it was missing too often off opponent’s miscues.
The Bulldogs had just 13 points off nine turnovers in the first four games, but scored 10 in the first half off two turnovers, but didn’t take advantage of a third in the second half in what turned out to be a gut-wrenching 34-31 loss for Georgia.
