ATHENS, Ga. — After a physical 27-24 win at Kentucky on Saturday, several key Georgia players either wore black non-contact jerseys or were missing outright during Monday’s practice.
Both senior wide receiver Reggie Davis and sophomore linebacker Natrez Patrick wore the special jerseys; defensive end DaQuan Hawkins-Muckle and wide receiver Jayson Stanley were not seen practicing during the media viewing period.
Davis has a sprained AC joint in his shoulder, while Patrick has a currently undisclosed injury. After Saturday’s win, Patrick was seen walking slowly alongside a team staff member, who was carrying his shoulder pads.
