ESPN released its latest Football Power Index (FPI) rankings late last week, and the Georgia Bulldogs eked into the top 10.
While UGA is breaking in a new head coach and (maybe) a new quarterback, the Worldwide Leader clearly shows some confidence that Kirby Smart will at least match last year's 10-3 mark.
