Despite only having a .500 record and an abysmal SEC record, Georgia basketball actually enters an SEC game as the favorites with all the momentum.
Georgia (13-13, 3-10 SEC) is back to .500 after upsetting the No. 13 Auburn Tigers at home Wednesday night. Vanderbilt (9-17, 1-12 SEC) have lost their last four games and did have a nine-game losing streak earlier in the year. However, their lone conference win was a huge upset over LSU on Feb. 6. That win snapped a 26-game losing streak in the SEC dating back to last season.
Statistically, Georgia and Vanderbilt are pretty even with the Bulldogs getting the edge in most categories.
