Georgia and South Carolina fans may not agree on much when it comes to football, but they can certainly get together for a party prior to their annual SEC clash.
Border Bash, the yearly festival held along the banks of the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia, attracts thousands of Bulldogs and Gamecocks before the border rivals game. This year, the event celebrates its 25th anniversary on Friday, September 7.
The exciting evening is filled with music, entertainment and lots of food. Featuring UGA & USC cheerleaders, each school’s mascots – Hairy Dawg & Cocky as well as vendors from around the Southeast, not only is Border Bash a great time, but the money raised at the event benefits many worthwhile causes.
