J.J. Frazier is heading overseas to begin his professional basketball career.
In late June, Frazier signed a contract with JDA Dijon Basket, a French basketball franchise in the LNB Pro A league, according to his agent Zachary Charles.
Frazier is one of four guards on the team’s 2017-18 roster for the time being.
Frazier spent the previous four years at Georgia, which included his two final seasons as a starting guard. Frazier averaged a career-best 18.8 points per game last season, which included going for an average of 25.5 points over his final 10 games.
Prior to the NBA draft, Frazier met with a number of teams.
