After the NCAA rejected Luke Ford’s request to play immediately next season at Illinois, the former UGA tight end hired attorney Thomas Mars and now plans on appealing the NCAA’s seemingly unfair decision.
Mars has had his fair share of success when dealing with the NCAA before. He won immediate eligibility for former UGA QB Justin Fields at Ohio State as well as QB Shea Patterson at Michigan last year.
Been told Thomas Mars and Tim Ford have been talking in regards to #illini TE Luke Ford's denial for a hardship waiver & immediate Eligibility.
