The former Georgia running back will grace the field as the Washington Redskins take on the Atlanta Falcons in a preseason game at the Georgia Dome.
After Marshall’s senior year at UGA, he was taken by the Redskins in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft. The 5-11, 212 pound rookie is expected to play significantly this evening.
The former 5-star recruit shined in his freshman year at UGA behind now NFL star Todd Gurley but was plagued by injuries throughout the rest of his career. A torn ACL against Tennessee in 2013 sidetracked the star running back, and he never seemed to fully recover while at Georgia.
