Georgia football great Aaron Murray will get his shot at redemption on the gridiron after all. On Tuesday, it was announced that Murray agreed to a contract with the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance Football League.
Murray has not been on a 53-man NFL roster since 2015 but is ready for another chance.
The Alliance of American Football begins its inaugural season this coming spring with eight teams, including Atlanta.
The Legends are set to play their home games at Georgia State Stadium, formerly known as Turner Field and Centennial Olympic Stadium.
Former Bulldog Cameron Nizialek is set to play in the American Alliance too, with the Orlando Apollos.
