Former Georgia RB lands LA Rams coaching promotion

Former Georgia running back Thomas Brown has just been promoted from within as he moves from running backs coach to assistant head coach of the Los Angeles Rams. Brown receives the big promotion after just one season of coaching LA’s backs.

“I think that there’s no limit for this guy,” Rams head coach Sean McVay said about Brown back in October. “I’d be so happy for him if he continues to ascend but sad for the Rams. I think he can do whatever he wants. I think he’s definitely a coordinator. I think he’s got head coach potential, in terms of his leadership and the way he relates to guys.
