The Jacksonville Jaguars trimmed their roster to 85 players on Tuesday. Included in the cuts is former Georgia cornerback D.J. Daniel, who signed with the team as an undrafted free agent this spring.
Daniel transferred to Georgia in 2019 from Georgia Military College as the No. 1 JUCO corner back in his class. The Griffin, Ga., native saw action in 21 games (11 starts) over two seasons for the Bulldogs, racking up 51 total tackles, 3 tackles for loss, and 9 pass breakups.
