Greyson Lambert got off to a rough start in his first road test this season against an underrated Vanderbilt defense, going 0-for-5 and nearly throwing an interception that would have killed an eventually touchdown drive. At that point Lambert was benched for a series before going back into the game and completed eight of his final 12 throws in the game.
Mark Richt addressed his quarterback situation in his Tuesday press conference with the media and expressed his confidence in Lambert's ability to improve within the team's offense.
