The Georgia Bulldogs beat the Kentucky Wildcats 21-0 last night week and had a bye week before facing the Florida Gators this Saturday. UGA has not impressed Kirk Herbstreit and the media to start their season. The Dawgs still have everything to play for and would make the College Football Playoff if they win out.
The Gators had a bye as well and defeated the South Carolina Gamecocks last week 38-27. The first College Football Playoff rankings come out Tuesday after Georgia-Florida.
With a Missouri out of the picture, it’s looking like the Georgia-Florida game will decide who wins the SEC East.
