Georgia defensive back Rico McGraw was injured Saturday, but not because of a hit he suffered from an Auburn player. Instead, it was from a hit he suffered from Mike Ekeler, Georgia's special teams coordinator and inside linebackers' coach.
Ekeler got a little too excited on the sideline after a play and smacked McGraw on the head, giving the freshman a little more than a headache.
McGraw returned to the field on the very next drive, but former Georgia star Todd Gurley joked on Twitter that it was only a matter of time before Ekeler's excitement injured one of his players.
