Former Georgia cornerback Brandon Boykin used Clemson’s national title to publicize his alma mater on Twitter, posting a message to recruits about what could be in store for the Bulldogs under Kirby Smart.

Georgia has not won a national title since 1980, and the Bulldogs have not won an SEC title since 2005.
Boykin’s tweet drew a response from former Georgia running back Todd Gurley, who noted that players such as DeShaun Watson — who is from Gainesville, Ga.
