Despite what the tweet says, Abram, a Mississippi native, started four games and made 25 tackles for the Bulldogs. Presumably, he will play this fall at Jones, then transfer to another four-year school in time for the 2017 season. He is a former three-star recruit. His hometown of Columbia, Miss., is about 55 miles from Jones County JC.

Abram was recruited to Georgia by coordinator/secondary coach Jeremy Pruitt and outside linebackers coach Kevin Sherrer.
