A grand jury on Tuesday indicted former Georgia linebacker Adam Anderson and charged with him raping a 21-year-old woman in a house in Athens, Georgia, on Oct. 29.
Anderson, who was once considered a potential first-round choice in this week's NFL draft, has an arraignment scheduled on June 13.
Anderson, from Rome, Georgia, was arrested on Nov. 10 and released on $25,000 bond a week later. He had been indefinitely suspended from the football team when the athletic department was notified of the allegation on Nov. 2.
According to an Athens-Clarke County Police Department incident report, the woman told police that she went to a house between midnight and 7 a.
