The Miami Dolphins are releasing former Georgia Bulldog Reshad Jones per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Jones played safety for Miami and will look for a new home at the start of NFL Free Agency.
Jones played the first ten seasons of his career in Miami. Over that time he recorded 776 total tackles and intercepted 21 passes.
The Dolphins, which are undergoing a youth movement save $5.3 million dollars in cap space. Miami will have lots of money to spend this off-season and has an enormous amount of NFL Draft capital. Their rebuild will be fun to watch.
