Georgia currently has a roster loaded with talented young tight ends. But what’s one more?
Bulldog fans got great recruiting news this evening with the news that West Forsyth tight end Oscar Delp has committed to the G. Delp chose the Red and Black over fellow finalists Clemson, Michigan, and South Carolina, and held offers from schools like Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Texas. In short, he’s one of that handful of recruits in every cycle who’s wanted by every major football program in the country.
Why? Because Delp, the #9 ranked recruit in the Peach State and #97 player in the nation according to the 247Composite, is that rare recruit who’s shown both the measurables to play at the collegiate level and outstanding production at the high school level.
