Defensive position matchups Georgia will exploit against Tennessee

As reviewed in this week’s exploration of Georgia’s offensive advantages entering this week’s game at Tennessee, the Dawgs have a pretty clear advantage over the Vols at almost every position group on the both sides of the ball.

Georgia’s defensive front visits Knoxville having recorded twelve sacks across four games and will line up opposite a Tennessee offensive line which has conceded a modest nine, ranking around the lower middle of the pack across FBS.

After dropping from 34 forced turnovers in 2017 to 24 forced last season, The Bulldogs’ defensive has returned to the production levels achieved by the defense led by Roquan Smith and Deandre Baker.
