Plant City High School junior wide receiver Mario Williams, Jr. released his top-10 schools back in October. His list included five SEC programs which are Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, and Georgia.
But back in December, he narrowed his top schools even further to five, and the Bulldogs were not among them with Alabama, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma, and Texas making the second cut.
But Georgia is quite out of this recruiting race just yet.
Williams visited the Dawgs back in late January, and he likely will be back in Athens to take another visit.
The talented 5-foot-10 and 165 lbs athlete also plays varsity high school baseball for the Plant City, FL Raiders, and Williams is looking to play both baseball and football in college.
