ATHENS, Ga. — It is no secret that Georgia is looking for a go-to receiver. Well, sophomore tight end Isaac Nauta said he’s up to the task.
“That’d be awesome,” Nauta said. “I just want to do whatever takes to help the team win, obviously. I’m going to try to get open every time there’s a pass route, and I’m going to catch it every time it’s thrown to me. That’s my goals and expectation.”
Nauta had 29 catches for 361 yards and three touchdowns last season. His highlight was a 50-yard catch-and-run TD against Tennessee.
