Behind an efficient performance from senior quarterback and Heisman Trophy candidate Carson Beck, the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs crushed the No. 14 Clemson Tigers 34-3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday.
While there weren't many offensive fireworks for either team, Beck played mistake-free football and did more than enough to lead the Bulldogs to victory, completing 23 of 33 passing attempts for 278 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Beck received no shortage of praise for his play from fans on social media, especially considering he did it against a ranked team with a ton of talent on defense:
The rushing attack has typically been a big part of Georgia's success under head coach Kirby Smart, but it didn't carry the Bulldogs on Saturday, as Nate Frazier was the only Georgia player with more than 27 yards on the ground, rushing for 83.
