Georgia’s still unbeaten all-time against Georgia State and travels to South Carolina Friday and hosts Furman on Sunday.

The Bulldogs open the home slate of their volleyball schedule this week, hosting NC State on Thursday and Georgia Tech on Friday. Georgia is 6-3, having won all three matches last weekend at the Duke Invitational.

In men’s golf, Georgia got its first tournament win of the season at the Jim Rivers Invitational as Davis Thompson took medalist honors for the second time in his career.

On Squire Creek Country Club’s par-72, 7,070-yard layout, the Bulldogs fired a final-round 6-under 282 for a total of 17-under 847.
