You might remember Claire Stanford from one of last week’s stories. The young second grader started writing “Go Georgia Bulldogs” on all of her homework assignments since her teacher was an Alabama graduate.
After word got out of Claire’s adorable shenanigans, it was only a matter of time before her teacher responded.
The teacher at Welch Elementary School in Newnan, Georgia did just that, giving Claire a taste of her own medicine. Claire’s teacher stamped her homework with an elephant, as well as writing “Roll Tide” on a few papers.
Claire’s teacher sent this pic to me today- notice the elephant she put on the bottom corner- notice also that Claire crumpled it up and threw it away!
