Alabama is ranked No. 1 in both polls for the fourth straight week, and now another SEC school has joined it in the top 10.
In the latest AP and coaches polls released Sunday, the Crimson Tide (4-0, 1-0 SEC) received 59 of 63 (coaches poll) first-place votes. Meanwhile, Georgia has moved up into the top 10, at No. 8 in the coaches poll.
Alabama crushed Vanderbilt, 59-0, on the road and Georgia dismantled a ranked Mississippi State, 31-3, on Saturday.
Behind Alabama, Clemson remained at No. 2 in both polls, receiving four first-place votes in the coaches poll.
