Are Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs about to flip a local prospect?
On Friday, 2021 4-star wide receiver Deion Colzie, out of Athens Academy in Athens, Georgia, announced on Twitter that he is decommitting from Notre Dame and reopening his recruitment.
Colzie, who ranks as the nation’s No. 46 overall prospect and the No. 5 ranked receiver, stands 6-4 and weighs 195 pounds.
Colzie tweeted on Friday:
“I want to take the time and thank the University of Notre Dame for trusting in me and giving me an opportunity to continue my academic and athletic career.
