Georgia coach Danna Durante has called on Stanford head coach Kristen Smyth a few times throughout her career. Both spent time at Arizona State — Durante as a gymnast from 1992-1995 and Smyth as an assistant from 1997-2001. As Durante prepared for a career in coaching, she took Smyth to lunch and picked her brain.
