Your Georgia football recruiting news update for August 21st:
The Georgia Bulldogs' quarterback of the future is officially a Dawg, as five-star Washington native Jacob Eason signed his financial aid papers in front of family and friends on Friday.
Signing his financial aid papers will allow the 2016 commit unlimited contact with the program through January when he's slated to enroll.
Eason committed to UGA last July. He quickly became a favorite of the fan base after taking an active role in recruiting others to join him in Athens.
Eason is rated as the #2 pro-style quarterback and #5 overall player in the Class of 2016 by 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He holds 15 other offers, including ones from Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Michigan.
