Fall recruiting season is ramping up right now for all college football teams, making this a crucial time for head coaches and their staffs to make plays for blue-chippers around the nation. The Georgia Bulldogs are no exception. With that being said, here's our weekend recruiting preview for the program.
No recruiting action on Friday
How many Georgia coaches will be on the recruiting trail this weekend? None, says Kipp Adams of 247Sports:
"Dawgs247 has confirmed that the Georgia coaches will not hit the road Friday, as they are "all in on Alabama." The consensus is that Saturday's game will provide those four elite in-state targets with all the recruiting momentum they need, and in order to maximize that potential, the focus needs to be solely on putting the best product on the field at 3:30 p.m. ET."
HUGE visit weekend on tap
Here's our updated list of official visits scheduled to take place during Georgia's massive home contest against Bama on Saturday:
WR Kyle Davis - Archer
TE Isaac Nauta - IMG
TE Thaddeus Moss - North Carolina
WR Joshua Hammond - Hallandale (Fl)
UF Commit & DE Levi Onwuzurike - Allen (Tx)
OT Greg Little - Allen (Tx)
As you might have expected, the Bulldogs saved their heavy-hitters for the biggest home game of the season. Landing even one of these players would be MASSIVE for the team's recruiting efforts going forward.
