WASHINGTON - Despite a long grueling travel and class schedule, members of the Georgetown women’s basketball have been active off the court this past semester, getting out in the community and making a difference. Head Coach Natasha Adair has encouraged her team to participate in community service activities to support the Jesuit mission on Cura Personalis or “care for the whole person.”
Over the past few months, members of the team have been active at a number of events. The night before Thanksgiving, the squad went to the Georgetown Lutheran Church to help prepare, set up and serve Thanksgiving Dinner.
